Between our "Romantic" and "Seaside" decor themes upstairs, let yourself be seduced by a typical Norman house, ideal for family reunions or get-togethers with friends, to rest and relax with its sports and wellness area (infrared sauna), its covered and heated swimming pool from May 1rst to September 30th.

Sleeps up to 8 people.

You will be accompanied by the nature and animals (Paquerette and Kadichon the donkeys, Tigrou the cat, the rooster, the chickens, the ducks and the frogs singing).

Ground floor:
The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find all the necessary dishes and will enjoy all the equipment to facilitate your stay: an electric oven, induction hobs, a refrigerator-freezer, a microwave, two coffee makers (one standard, the other Nescafé Dolce Gusto with pods), an electric kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a cookeo, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, Wi-fi, wood stove.

Laundry room:
A washing machine, a dryer, a toilet, an ironing board with an iron, a vacuum cleaner.

Floor by spiral staircase:
4 bedrooms each equipped with a double bed 140x190, a chest of drawers, a mosquito net, a blackout curtain, an external sunshade curtain and a table fan.
2 bathrooms (shower 90x90, sink, hair dryer and WC) with external sunshade curtain.
1 closet space with storage for suitcases, a vacuum cleaner.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided and included in the price.
Beds are made up on arrival.

Outside:
A swimming pool 8m x 4m, depth from 1m10 to 1m70, covered by a shelter, heated between 26 and 28 degrees between May 1rst and September 30th. 8 sunbeds and 4 parasols near the pool.
The swimming pool is the subject of a declaration to the Town Hall and to the Regional Health Agency.  An analysis is made daily by the owner.

A charcoal barbecue, a gas plancha in front of the terrace of the gite.
A terrace in front of the gite with a dining table, a set of garden furniture for 8 people, 4 parasols.
A petanque ground, an outdoor ping-pong table, a swing for children up to 12 years old.

Wellness area including an elliptical, a treadmill, an infrared sauna and a sauna chair.

Pets not allowed.
No smoking inside the house. Ashtrays available outside.
Private parking, closed property. Key of the house and wellness area, remote control of the gate at your disposal.

Security deposit of 500 euros required on arrival either by check or cash. It is returned on the day of departure after a state of play.
